ESA50 Form: Transfer from Incapacity Benefit to ESA.
I returned a completed ESA50 form to ATOS in Glasgow for 22nd July 2013. To date, I have had no reply. What is the normal period before hearing from ATOS, please?
It can take anything from a few weeks to a few months to hear from ATOS (if a face2face assessment is required) or DWP (if a decision has been made from the paperwork alone).
