Hi C,
Before I can offer any useful advice,
Are you sure that you were placed into The SG by the tribunal, as the SG descriptors are not points based, even though they do have some corresponding WRAG descriptors that score the maximum 15 points. ?
Were any of the "Schedule 3 Descriptors" mentioned in the tribunal's decision notice ?
If you are sure that you were in fact placed into The SG by the tribunal, have you now been placed into The WRAG as the result of a new reassessment since the time of the tribunal's SG decision?

Hi C,
As the title of your topic is "Upper tribunal appeal", and as you have not provided further information, I can only offer general information on the title of your topic.
You would first have to request a written statement of reasons from the Tribunal within one month of the date of the decision notice.
Tribunals – Requesting a Statement of Reasons
You can only then appeal to the UT if you can prove that there has been an error of law.
What is an Error of Law?
You would probably need expert advice on this, and legal aid is still available for appeals to the UT.
Where to get advice?
