I agree with Bro, if the HRM was awarded after the original ESA Decision then I think it very unlikely that it will be re-visited because of yesterday's ESA appeal.
You can make a new claim for ESA now, even if it is less than six months since the original Decision not to award your ESA, as your condition has deteriorated.

I have added some info to it which might explain why your ESA appeal was unsuccessful, whereas your DLA review was successful.
Could be down to the deterioration in your condition since the time of the ESA fit for work decision.

From what you have told us, your DLA award should be fine.
With the deterioration in your conditions, you may well be successful in being awarded WRAG or SG of ESA this time, when you make a fresh claim.
