A "Typical Day" was created by MariW
Posts to do with ESA and PIP F2F assessments often refer to claimants being asked to describe a “typical day”. Would it be worthwhile adding a page to an ESA 50 (or PIP/ DLA application) gibing this information in advance?

You could, but I would first ask myself whether you have a typical day and how variable are your un-typical days?
The issue of you including one, is that someone reading it may see you it as defining your capabilities by what you include and indeed by what you forget to include. As an example; someone with ME/CFS may have what looks like a normal day, but this may not make it clear that this is only achieved by their managing every activity that they do and that a failure to do this might leave them confined to bed for several days.
Of course, if your days are not that variable, for example you are always precluded from doing certain activities, then this may not be an issue and including you typical day may be of value, but even then I would encourage you to put yourself in the other persons shoes and think about how they might interpret it, we know that the assessors find it all to easy to make assumptions!

My disability and limitations do not vary much from one day or another. I’ll take your advice and not include an information sheet with my eventual ESA 50.
Thanks
