My son was on IB since the age of 16 he is now 21, he then worked for 13 months and now wants to claim ESA is he entitled to claim. He is also on DLA middle rate care and high rate mobility. Thanks

Yes, your son can make a claim for ESA.
Even if he does not have the necessary NI Contributions, (which it appears that he should have) for entitlement to Contribution Based (CB)ESA, he may be entitled to Income Related (IR) ESA.
He will first have to obtain a Med 3 fit note/sick note from his G.P., you can make a claim for ESA by filling in the ESA 1 Form online here :
