ESAa50 Form

Could i have advise please.. just sent my esa50 form back today after taking me 3 weeks to fill in

question is..was it ok for me to submit my last medical record from four years ago or have i made a mistake ?

Lots of of claimants have been parked by the NHS so if you only have medical reports from four years ago then that is all you can provide, the important thing is to explain why your condition(s) have not changed or have worsened since then.

Iv got learning difficulties and live on my own with my disable son
where i live iv no friends or family around me for support iv contacted cab ect but be unable to get a appointment ect also job center just fobed me off hence why took me three weeks to send off
iv sent tablets info also scaned them in also submited my hospital appointments ect
just feel im going to loose this one

Whilst there is a lot of controversy over the ESA assessment process, and rightly so, the majority of ESA claims are assessed accurately and result in the correct award being made, so hopefully yours will be one of these.
