thanks bro 58 and Gordon i will follow your advice and just wait for letter , now i have won my appeal do i still need to supply the DWP with doctors fit to work letters

You do until your payments are adjusted, even though you have won your appeal and technically do not need to, the ESA Payments system will stop your Assessment payment if there is not a valid Fit Note, when they process your Decision Notice they will update the system so that they are no longer required.

Hi k,
Even though you should not have to, as the Tribunal's decision will be back dated to the time of the original fit for work decision, we advise that you continue to provide fit notes until The DWP inform you that you no longer have to.
This is because it can take several weeks for The DWP to update their files to reflect the Tribunal's decision.
We had a member who successfully appealed a fit for work decision a few weeks ago, stopped sending in fit notes, and his payment did not go into the bank as usual, due to the reasons stated above.
So yes, I would continue to send in fit notes until you are told otherwise.

cool , thanks for all your advice , its all been so much help , such an overwhelming day , hopefully will sleep a little better knowing that its all settled for now
