Capita PIP Assessment Letters

Hey guys

Hope you all had a great bank holiday weekend

Just to let you know, Capita are sending letters offering home assessments pretty quickly, however I rang capita to confirm time and date and the advisor was shocked that it said home assessment on the letter, he advised that this an error and they will not offer home visits until the foreseeable future, so now I have to travel 55 miles up to Nottingham for an assessment, and have to wait until mid September. Just thought i'd let you all know incase you get sent a letter. I was also told that if I had not called no further action would have been taken to get a date booked, until they had heard from me. So if anyone gets a letter from Capita, call them ASAP to get your date booked
