hi i have recieved my dla renewal form which is up in november. i have filled in a form for esa50 moving over from income support. i filled this form in and returned it to dwp that was in june 2013 i havent heard back as to which group i will be put into. do i fill in the dla form which arrived a month ago or do i wait to hear which group i have been placed in? i am on high rate mobility and high rate of care dla at the moment and i am filled with worry about getting dla form filled in properly. could someone advise me please.

ESA and DLA are separate benefits so you need to complete and return the DLA renewal as required.
Please have a look at our DLA Claim Guides

You need to complete the form in detail and provide any medical evidence that you have available, it is very unlikely that the DWP will refer to any previous DLA forms that you completed, so any Decision will be based on what you include in this new form.
