ESA and domestic violence was created by carmind
The ESA Regulations 2013 in section 48 state that victims of domestic violence are excused certain ESA requirments.
Does anyone know what these are?

It is Regulation 49 of the following

www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2013/379/pdfs/uksi_20130379_en.pdf

However, these Regulations only apply to claimants applying for ESA under the Universal Credit, this will not happen before October and seems unlikely to happen even then.

There is no equivalent clause in the existing Regulations, as far as I am aware.
