Waiting times at ATOS centre

There is no legal limit, I thought ATOS would abandon the assessment if a claimant waited an hour, one of our members has posted that they believe it to be 30 minutes, I have not been able to find anything on the ATOS website, so I cannot confirm, but I do quite regularly see posts where a claimant has waited 2 hours.

If you are struggling, waiting for your assessment to start, then you should speak to the receptionist about it, but you need to be careful that ATOS accept responsibility, as otherwise it may be counted as one your one failure to attend.
