This explains the forms that can be generated, I would certainly expect that there should be an LT54 assiicoated with your claim

ESA Forms

Don't forget that the crux of your appeal is to clearly show how you meet the Support group descriptors and you should concentrate on this rather than specifically discrediting the ESA85a or Decision Maker's report.

Qualifying for the Support Group

Not sure if this is the correct place to actually post this but just had a look at all the forms listed in the link above and as far as I see form FRR2 is not listed. Form FRR2 was sent out to GP by ATOS requesting further information regarding nature and extent of patient's health problems? No ESA113 was requested from GP this time.

If I have overlooked form FRR2 on your list I apologise in advance as brain fog often gets in the way.

I have not heard of a FRR2 before but a quick search shows that it is used to request specific information, for example "This patient is known to have epilepsy, please could you let us know how many recorded fits they have had in the last 3 years?", whereas the ESA113 is used to collect more general information.

Thanks Gordon, yes it was one specific condition in my case. Although for some reason they choose not to seek further information regarding other conditions they also classed as "causing significant disability". B)

ATOS actually stated on ESA85A that I did not meet support group based on same condition. So, I take it ATOS can actually tell DM when a claimant cannot get into support group!

No, ATOS make a recommendation to the DWP Decision Maker, although I am not suggesting that many of them ignore it, however, you have to bear in mind that the DM is not medically trained and so is therefore reliant on ATOS for their medical opinion.
