Welcome to Benefits and Work To answer your question. Unless you have clear medical evidence that you were suffering from the effects of these new conditions at the time of your assessment then they will be excluded.
You do not say what you are appealing; a Fit for Work Decision or a WRAG placement?
If the former, then you may be able to make a new claim for ESA based on a new or deteriorated condition.
If the latter then you may be able to request a re-assessment of your claim because of the change in your conditions.
