Problem with ESA and work related interview.

I heard back from the DWP and they said I was due a new form in the near future so they'd send it now instead.
For some reason they seem to think my father is my "appointee" so they wrote to him (mistake with his middle initial though.) No idea where they got that idea from!

You need to clarify in writing to The DWP that your father is not your appointee, if that is the case.

Failure to do so may cause problems in the future.
