dreaded brown envelope arrived today
but good news is to esa support group after medical

Thank you so much for this site without it I would not have been able to get through this.
Your excellent guides enabled me to collect the information i needed, from doctors hospitals etc.

A big thank you to all the mods (even those who have discontinued doing this work) You really are helping people like me to understand what we need to do know we have to jump through hoops.

If you wish to know the prognosis (recommended length of award before reassessment) of the SG award, as it will not be on the SG award decision notice letter, you can ring the 0845 number, it may be on their computer screen.

You can also request the ESA85 Medical Report, and LT54 Form in writing, see :
