Hi bb,

Welcome to Benefits and Work :)

If you are using the paper ESA50 that came through the post, you might wish to consider :

Using The PDF Version Of The ESA50 Questionnaire

Whilst referring to the guides under the heading of "New ESA50 form"

On this page :

ESA Claims Guides

As you will see on the guidance notes regarding using The Pdf version ESA50, if the text is becoming too small in the box, you can state "continued on page xx" then continue typing on a separate A4 page. (Word Doc)

You can attach any extra A4 pages to the end of the ESA50 after printing off. You could staple them, or put them in a hole punched file holder, which ever way you think best.

This is not an unusual situation with the tracking. Phone the Royal Mail number and ask what is happening. If they say it has been delivered, ask them to send you an email with a copy of the signature.
