Belt & braces email for ESA office

Hello,

does anyone know how to find out the email address of the Wrexham Job Centre Plus ESA office?

I have given up phoning to find out whether they have received my appeal letter. The person I spoke to on the phone said they do have an email address but it is best to just send any correspondence to my appointed Job Centre Plus.

If we had an email address we could send copies for back up and to cover ourselves if anything goes missing. A belt and braces approach!

As far as I am aware The DWP/JCP do not correspond with claimants by e-mail due to Data Protection issues.

You should put any queries in writing :

Sending Documents to the DWP or ATOS

You could try ringing the 0845 number, but you should be aware that your first point of contact will be a Call Responder in a DWP Call Centre.

You may have to request an escalation to a Supervisor/Manager which will entail a callback, before you can gain any useful information regarding your appeal.
