Hi

I requested copy of ATOS medical about 3 weeks ago and was wondering if there is a time period they have to supply it by. I was told they should of sent it out by last week. In making case for them to revise decision I really need to know what the ATOS dr wrote. He told me i have 2 daughters and a masters degree in Maths (which are both wrong), so think report is likely to be inaccurate.

I would have expected you to have received it by now, so I would start by chasing them up, if it still fails to appear then you will have to make a Subject Access Request, however, whilst this might ensure that the report is sent it may not be deliverable in a usable timescale, SARs can take up to 40 calendar days to be serviced.

Have you request the revision or asked for an appeal, you have normally one month from the date on the Decision letter to advise the DWP of your intentions.
