Thanks for the reply & info's about the clock being reset to zero re the 365 days, no, I have not filled in a esa3, not sure who gets these esa3 forms maybe people who may be able to get a top up ?

As I have gone from IB to esa SG (cb) I am guessing that they may see that I am at least level or maybe now slightly ahead in what I was recieving when on IB, so maybe I may not get an esa3 ?

I am sure that if I get put onto wrag & don't qualify for SG, then towards the end of those 365 days then an esa3 will arrive.

Hi Dq,

The DWP do not always send out ESA 3 Forms to claimant's where they should.

Whether or not you would be entitled to The EDP as an IR ESA top-up would depend on your personal circumstances, with respect to the information that I posted previously.

Therefore, I wouldn't necessarily assume that the DWP will send you an ESA 3.

This : Benefits Calculator may give you a better idea whether or not you are entitled to IR ESA top-ups.

Hi Bro58
Thanks for the info, sorry for the delay in reply, yes as you say I will have to wait and see.

First things first, have to try and get through the esa50 when it arrives and see what the outcome of that will be weather I can keep in the SG or get wrag etc.

The benefit calculator is interisting to use, thanks for the link.

No problem Dq, :)

You could make a start on The Pdf ESA50 now, to ease the time constraints.

Using The PDF Version Of The ESA50 Questionnaire

I have started some time ago using the pdf version but I have no way of printing it out as old printer went capputttttt !!!

I guess it is still good to use as at least I can read my input and make amendments when it comes to the final filling in of the esa50, as often reading what I have written doe's not make complete sense or could be worded better.

As you say it takes a fair time to write and edit before final so to have some already done helps later.

Hi Dq,

I thought that you may be ahead of the game.

You could always transfer the Pdf onto a USB stick or external hard drive. and print it off at a library or internet cafe.

Or, a kind family member or friend may oblige !!!
