I am helping a friend going through the "transition". On appeal, he was sent his scoresheet. It shows each activity scored by "customer, HC professional and DMaker". All are zero, except for one of the activities in which the customer's score is given as 6, giving a column total of 6. After that, all revert to zero. The customer certainly provided evidence that many activities scored above zero, so why just this one score on the sheet?

I would guess that either the ATOS assessor and/or the DWP Decision Maker disagreed that the claimant met the requirements for the other descriptors.

That does not mean that the claimant does not meet the criteria, just that the ATOS and the DWP do not, an appeal panel may take a different view.
