If this is an ESA re-assessment then the first thing you should be aware of is that in addition to a new ESA50 form, the ESA Descriptors and Regulations have been updated as of 28 January 2013, so you should make sure that you are using the latest guides.
It is difficult for us to re-assure the individual claimants as we can only talk in generalities, completing the ESA50 in detail and providing up to date evidence usually lead to a successful result, if you receive the B&W news letter you will see that we regularly have members reporting their successes, and although it may not seem so, the majority of claimants are properly assessed and awarded the correct level of ESA. The problems you experienced are the exception rather than the rule.
Go through the guides, make the form fit your issues not the other way around, if it will help there is an electronic version of the form
Using The PDF Version Of The ESA50 Questionnaire
speak to your GP to see if they will help, if not, you can request a copy of your medical records.
Requesting your medical records
Charging for medical records
If we can help more, please feel to ask more questions by replying to this post.

Hi K,
It's hard to say how much medical evidence is enough, it would differ from one claimant to another.
If you are content that you have provided all that you can, and have filled in your ESA50 to the best of your ability, there is no more you can do for now.
Hopefully, you will not need to have a face to face.
Please try and relax for now, (easier said than done) and please update us when you hear anything.
