You have been the victim of truly awful treatment Mb21.

As well as paying heed to Gordon's excellent advice, you may also wish to enlist the support of your M.P. :

As well as Gordon's suggestion of using your internet search engine, there are also potential sources of advice in this FAQ :

Well, it's good news!!! had a call on friday from the dispute resolution team stating that they had changed their decision and re-instated the ESA at the awarded rate from November 2012!!

Apparently, as my son has been in hospital for at least two weeks, they said he doesn't need anymore stress and the evidence since November meant he would be re-instated without the tribunal taking place.

He was so relieved! Things are now looking so much more positive for him, with his move from a bedsit to an assisted flat and this was the icing on the cake.

Thanks for all your help, Gordon and Bro58, it was much appreciated!

That is good news, thank you for letting us know!

If you have the energy, it might be worth informing your MP of how badly the system is letting people down
