I downloaded the SAR last night after the links where posted, intend to fill it out later and send it off in the morning recorded delivery.

I will try the welfare advice with postcode, the searches I did where welfare advisor/advice just with the towns closest to me so might have better results using a postcode. Think it is a drawback living in such a small area all the main places seem miles away but I will have another look using your search suggestions.

I read the GL24 last night with one of the links on here, didn't think to print it off from the relevant part would have saved me getting wet.

Just a quick one, can almost hear the sigh of relief.

On the SAR form it says take or send it to your nearest DWP office, I did intend to send it to the office that sent me the ESA outcome as it was this office that is dealing with it and the one I phoned yesterday.

So would it matter if I sent it to the address on the letter or the local one, I would sooner send it to the people I spoke to yesterday as they claimed to have been putting it in the system.
