The Tribunal will only consider any fresh evidence that was pertinent at the time of the adverse WRAG award.
Therefore, any new evidence that you may obtain must be tied to the limitations suffered as a result of your medical conditions at that time.
The Tribunal will not consider any deterioration or change in your conditions since the time of The WRAG award.
