Was this document something that you submitted as evidence? If it was then it should be in the evidence pack that you should have received from the DWP.

If you are referring to another document then I am not sure that we can help you.

just to let you all at b and w know that after my tribunal this morning i have been placed in the support group. i received sufficient points from activity and descriptor from schedule 3 of esa regulations. the judge recommends that i am not to be reassessed for 2 years, although i know the dwp dont always follow that advice. and keep up the great work that you all do at b and w.
