I have to agree with Mrs H, although ESA awards are indefinite, everybody's claim will be re-assessed at regular intervals, even those who are classed as terminally ill will be re-assessed every three years.

There are very specific circumstances where a Decision Maker can make a new Decision on a claim without the need to issue a new ESA50 and everything that follows this, so it is possible that this is what is being referred to.

appreciate that, his consultant insisted that he was not reviewed again and that has been placed on his file by DWP.

who know's though what will happen...but next time we are ready for them....
