Im attemping to fill in a DLA434 form to apply for care component, already receive higher rate mobility for 3 years ,and now need advice as to should i write no change for the mobility sections or fill it in again, helpline not able to advise either way, just told my claim will be reassesed. Thanks in advance.

Hi a,

When you request a DLA review, the DWP can look again at the whole award.

You could write on the form on the Mobility section that there is no change in your Mobility limitations and only wish your care needs to be assessed. There would still be some risk involved though.
