I was moved from IB to ESA WRAG as from November 2012 without a medical. I was on IB for 16 years. I appealed this decision stating that I should be placed in the ESA Support group. It is over 3 months now and they have not replied. How long is it before I should hear about my appeal?

The DWP should have acknowledged receipt of your appeal within four weeks, but the Reconsideration stage often takes months, and can take 4 or 5 months if not longer.
I would recommend you contact your local DWP office for an update.
