Incap to WRAG,no medical

Thanks for the reply. I have today asked DWP for ESA85 and LT54. I have been on Incap. for 17 years (retired from work on ill-health grounds), but can't see how I could successfully get in to Support group without perhaps jeopardising the WRAG decision.Also won't qualify for ESA (IR),just think myself lucky to have got the WRAG decision without all the stress of a "Medical". hi it as only taken 3 weeks at the most not had a medical just a phone call to say i was in the wrag group ,how can they say that you are capable of working without even seeing you

Thet can't and they haven't. Being put into the WRAG means that you are not fit for work.
