any one on contribution based esa is placed in work related activity after migration from ib to esa ,and if he is over 60 years --is he exempt from attending work interviews

See this extract from the FAQ below :

•For a man this is the State Retirement Age of a woman born on the same day.

Hi b42,
Just to clarify that for you :
Only pertaining to having to attend WFI's though,
If you are male, put your DOB in the SPA calculator, here :
pensions-service.direct.gov.uk/en/state-...-calculator/home.asp
but enter your gender as female.
