my first question.

Hello,
I was passed this forum by a good friend of mine who said it would be worth me looking at,
I had a look round and thought I would sign up for 12 months,

My name is Steve; I have just got my letter about the change form incapacity benefit to the new employment and support allowance,

I have looked through the forum and see a few posts about a guide about this form,
I am new to this modern internet think can someone point me to this guide as I cannot see it anywhere?
