Thats true but they would say the fits can be controlled with drugs, as for autisum at present 15% of people with it do work

im so confused aobut all these benefit changes as i claim ib,housing benefit and council tax benefit i dnt know what to do :(

Once you are transferred from IB to ESA, you will be able to reapply for HB and CTB. The calculations will be based on different figures, so they will have to recalculate how much benefit to award you. If you want to know how much you would get, you could go to see a welfare rights adviser and get a calculation, or go on the turn2us website, and use their calculator, filling it in as if you were already on ESA.

If you are currently on the old style housing benefit and need to make a fresh claim, you may be transferred to the newer Local Housing Allowance, but we do not advise on HB so you would need to get advice elsewhere on that aspect of it.

im on lha now and are usaying i have to reclaim both of these benefits when i go on to esa
