i am on incapcity and have a mental and phisecal disabeilty can i get dla

There is no quick answer to whether you can get DLA. Being physically and mentally disabled gives rise to the question of whether you might be entitled but doesn't answer that question. You have to have care and/or mobility needs to get DLA.
