I am afraid that we cannot give advice in this detail, due to the constraints the forums place on our being aware of all the facts concerning your case.

Furthermore, legislation that could affect the amount of money you would receive if successfully transferred to ESA has not yet been passed in the House of Commons. So whilst I would normally recommend you seek face to face advice from your CAB or Welfare Rights, in the short term they may not be able to assist either.
