Appeal Hearing For ESA Success

I have just returned from my Appeal Hearing against the ESA decision in June 2010 that I did not have limited Capability for Work based on the Health Care Professional's Medical Examination.My points have gone from 6 to 15.

I would like to thank the people from this site for all the informationn and advice they have supplied. You can feel very lonely when the Goverments representatives write you off as a faker and even a liar, as was my case.So keep the good work up.

Now for my next battle with the DLA, watch this space....HAPPY NEW YEAR....

Well done Koz, my husband was the same as yourself awarded 6 points so we are hoping he recieves the appropriate points when he attends his oral hearing.

It really boosts confidences when people report their successes, good on you.
