atos medical - unable to attend

i jsut find it strange that prior to the medical, there is no way of getting the medical stopped (even with medical evidence)

the only way you can challange them about not attending the medical, is after the medical.

this is when the dwp send out the bf223 good cause letter.

well in my case the dwp did not send the bf223, it now seems atos send these dwp letters out on behalf of the dwp, and atos even fill in some of the bf223, ni number dob addres etc.


atos tell me they only do medicals, that is not the case they also issue letters on behalf of the dwp about non attenance.

Sorry I didn't know you were an IB claimant as you did not metion it in your posts, but exactly the same procedure applies to both IB and ESA.

In essence, where I have referred to ESA read IB, and for ESA50 read IB50.
