ESA proposed changes

I got through the Limited Capability for Work form last week re: the IB migration and I've got to get it back by 6 Dec. Have been looking at the guides on B&W and putting myself through the process of trying to put into words the ways my disabilities affect me.

One recurring theme seems to be how uncomfortable I can end up feeling in workplaces or study environments. As someone who yo-yo'd between going back to work and being off sick over a 4 1/2 year period prior to being pensioned off I had particular experience of the way colleagues end up shunning you, & how isolation becomes the way.

For me work was a contributory factor in my decline.
