Advice from DWP adviser

Hi survivor, I`m sorry for the delay, I wasn`t sure if i could provide the womans name in the original post. I`ve checked and it was the Daily Mail, 27 March,2010 Her name is Rhiannon Mackay. I'd touched on this subject in an earlier post. But to clarify further - I sought legal advice on this issue during 2008, and was advised I could be jailed for lying about my medical conditions on any application for employment. I must stress this would be the worst case scenario, but I've since be made aware of three case's that went to court where all three defendants received custodial sentences for falsifying claims on their CV's.

I wrote to the DWP and asked for their views. They failed to respond.
