DLA for Pensioners

My heart goes out to the 1000s of genuine disabled people and their carers who must be worried sick about the future. On a personal note I have read contradictory reports about Minister's statements and the experience of DLA recipients being called in for re-assessment around the country.So has anyone seen confirmation that the DLA reassessments only apply to working age people?? At present my wife and I (both pensioners and she on DLA) are very confused. All power to this great website.

Hi, At present they intend to re test all DLA claimants of working age, this is over the next 3 years or so. However anything can happen between now and then. Best Wishes
