industrial benefit for miners knee

does anyone know how to obtain 14% disability in order to claim industrial disease benefit for miners knee. after a recent brief medical i was awarded 8% disability despite been unable to walk without severe pain and discomfort. don't know if this is the right site but any help would be appreciated as i am appealing this decision

ask your GP to do a report on your knee. send it to the DWP and ask them to look at your case again.
