I had no idea what to call this, but the question is, if you are not sussessful at the Tribunal, can you claim again after a certain amount of months?

You can reapply for DLA at any time, as there are no restrictions.
Often claimants can be successful with a subsequent claim, even when the original claim was turned down and failed before an appeal tribunal, so you have nothing to lose in submitting another DLA claim immediately.
