Time from submission of IB50 to initial response?

In the circumstances that have been mentioned in the previous posts, as long as the IB payments are continuing, the best policy is to let sleeping dogs lie in this situation.

My spouse took the form in exactly a week ago today and I received the decision this morning. My benefit continues.

I accepted a short notice medical i guess it was a canellation but mine was a week from sending form back them ringing me to medical. Again it depends where you are in the country. I am in Lincolnshire.

Could I ask what part of the country you are from, we are from greater manchester.

Hi mcintosh, I am from the same area, I followed all the guides on this site sent a lot of medical evidence and from me returning the form to their reply was three and half weeks with me being granted IB until Sept 2011. (NO MEDICAL). Best Wishes
