I should also add that the forums are extremely busy at the moment.

One kindness you can do the moderators is try to be brief, especially if you're getting things off your chest rather than asking a question or answering one.

Every word you write is read, even if only to check that it won't get the site into the libel courts, so long posts do take up the moderators time.
