I have my Incapacity benefit medical assesment next week, and am fully expecting the worst !! The last time I went 3 yrs ago, I had 9 mins with the Dr and scored 3 points on the mental health side. When I read the report I am sure I never said hardly anything to her what was in the actual report !! so after waiting for the Tribunal, which I Won 
I felt justified.
But the horror stories i have heard this time from peoples recent medicals makes me wonder if its worth turning up. Not sure I cud go thru another appeal/tribunal again.
Any opinions anyone plz ??
