Hi All,

Sorry if this is in the wrong place. I am on ESA, Limited Capability for Work Group.

I was dismissed from work, put a Tribumal claim in for Disability Discrimanation as part off my claim. The judge has asked me to submit a personal report as to how this has affected me.

Anyone point me in the direction for advice on this, sorry again if this is the wrong place, but desperate

You could try the CAB or you may be able to get advice from the Community Legal Advice people. Also were you a member of a union whilst at work as they may be able to assist.
