Hi Jane
Apologies for not explaining the LCWRA element adequately.
Here is an information sheet from BenefitsandWork:-

Hi David,
Thanks for your update. I've read the link you sent and basically if I've understood this correctly my NS ESA support group status equates to UC LCWRA. Was this for information or am I to be transferred to this UC on a default date. Is this not like me owning one house and claiming 2 council tax discounts. Pension's forecast suggested I claim NS ESa to get back credits they never said UC LCWRA. Apologies my dyslexia if I'm missing the clues and wider picture I just don't get why you mention relevance for me.
I have tax code to sort still with HMRC and access to this One gov UK online site. So will focus on getting these issues resolved.
Thank you

Hi Jane
When you receive New Style ESA you get Class 1 National Insurance credits. But with UC you only receive Class 3 National Insurance credits.

Sorry David,
I don't know how to reply to your last email. They just confuse me, so I'm going to politely skip this one.
Thank you
