Incorrect UC statement was created by Susie27
Hello,

I duly completed my rent increase via my UC journal on 6th April. Today, I received my new statement to be paid to me on the 22nd.

I am on TP so know my UC payment will not increase. However, my statement still shows my old rent and my old ESA payments. It reads exactly as before, even though there would have been a week, from the 6th April of both increased ESA and rent.

Should my actual statement now be showing my new ESA payment and rent ? I received my ESA yesterday and that has increased. Do I need to let UC know or wait for my May statement to see check if they've changed at that later date?

Thank you

Hi Susie27

I cannot say for sure if there is anything to be read into this. I would wait until you get next months statement to see if there are any adjustments. In the meantime maybe other members can share their experiences as a lot of people have a rent rise in April.

Thank you David,

I'm hoping that it will be sorted for the May payment. If not ok, can I come back here again for guidance and suggestions?
