Hi, how long do I have to put an MR in? I don't agree with how I've been scored on my review and I need to deal with this as I've noticed past scores are affecting how I'm scored in latest reviews which really shouldn't happen with a progressive disease.

I have seen in my review notes the assessor refer to what I was scored in my last review. So they are not even hiding that they do this.

Hi Jaged

You have one month from the date on your decision letter to submit an MR. Some members are reporting they have been offered more than a month, but that is something you would have to agree with the DWP not assume anything.
