I agree, there's no trust or credibility left. Honestly , when things do go well and smoothly i might just faint with shock and disbelief 🫨😵💫
Operationally DWP is mess. Given the history of issues already, i should've know better and expect some foolishness. All the red flags and failures with inconsistent processing , indicates a shambolic org prone to carry on making mistakes and never being held to account.
I will call them next week and ask for tel numbers to be removed.
