ESA claimants like yourself are reporting with concern receipt of a P45 giving an end date of their claim. Evidently these are being auto-generated in error by computer owing to everybody being moved from the old Contributions Based ESA to New Style ESA.
There is actually nothing to worry about and you don't have to do anything.
